I came to real estate after a career in private equity, where I spent years evaluating asset classes, modeling cash flows, and advising institutional clients on portfolio strategy. When I moved into real estate advisory, I brought that same analytical framework with me — and applied it to a market that I had long believed offered exceptional long-term fundamentals.
